My approach

I offer a gentle space for you to slow down, feel, and reconnect with your inner wisdom. Through the gentle practices of EFT (tapping), guided meditation, and nourishing breath work, we invite the body to release what it’s been holding and open to new possibilities. Rooted in the rhythms of the seasons, honouring the natural cycles of growth, rest, and renewal—reminding you of your own innate timing. Together, we create a safe and loving container where emotions can be processed, power can be reclaimed, and healing can flow in harmony with both body and spirit
